Why we teach

Help more communities
reach skilled care.

Behind every provider who keeps learning is a community that may benefit from their growing skill and judgment.

Our ambition is to build a connected network of thoughtful practitioners: people who keep asking better questions, practicing with intention, and learning from one another.

The common goal: practical learning, shared standards, and care grounded in good judgment.

The work between the workshops

Learn it. Work on it.
Come back with better questions.

Hands-on education becomes more useful when there is a rhythm for reflection. Build a rhythm that keeps your learning moving.

Start with the reasoning

A framework to keep returning to.

Use the online curriculum to build a shared foundation. Bring questions to hands-on training and connect what you study with what you observe.

The intention: understand the decisions behind the hands-on work.

Make space for repetition

Give your attention to the details.

Accelerators and small-group training create time for supervised practice, instructor feedback, and specific questions about technique.

Small groups: a maximum of three students per instructor.

Turn experience into questions

You do not have to learn in isolation.

Bring a de-identified case and a focused question to diagnostic coaching. Discuss your reasoning with an instructor and other providers, within your professional scope.

60-minute diagnostic pods with three providers. Monthly cadence proposed.

Close the loop

Notice what changed. Choose what is next.

Reflect on feedback, identify an area for further practice, and return to the curriculum with a clearer question. Development is an ongoing process.

Education supports your judgment; it does not replace professional licensure or scope of practice.

A few useful answers

Make an informed
next step.

Know how training fits your experience, your practice, and your schedule.

Who is ARM education for?

Qualified practitioners working within their professional scope. ARM education does not confer professional licensure, expand a legal scope of practice, or replace an individual eligibility review.

Where does hands-on training happen?

Training is planned in Denville, New Jersey. Confirm your dates and venue before booking travel. Travel and accommodation inclusion must be confirmed; the proposed 2027 equipment kit is still being defined.

What does directory eligibility mean?

For qualifying Transformation and continuing providers, listing eligibility follows the second hands-on training, subject to ARM requirements. Final renewal criteria require confirmation. A listing does not guarantee patient inquiries, income, or an exclusive territory.

Find a provider — patient directory

How do Accelerators and small groups differ?

An Accelerator provides 12 hours of hands-on training. Small groups have up to three students per instructor and use two training credits per clock hour. Small-group eligibility follows at least two Accelerators; confirm your progression with ARM.

Where should I start if I am new to ARM?

Begin with the free challenge to explore the approach. The Intro Accelerator offers a first hands-on experience; Transformation offers a six-month training rhythm with twice-monthly coaching. Explore either summary above, then confirm eligibility and fit with ARM.
